Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring an Administration Professional to join our administrative and accounting team! This is a great opportunity to start a career in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with room for advancement.
You’ll start with Recon Training , which provides hands-on learning and cross-department exposure. Upon completion, you’ll have opportunities to advance into roles in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Customer Service , and more.
Responsibilities:Process and key driver payments upon receipt from the payroll department
Enter adjustments to maintain accurate customer account balances
Verify and balance payment batches before posting
Log, date, and file batches accurately and in order
Maintain complete and up-to-date customer lists
Enter customer status or address changes into the system
Review and distribute cash receipt logs to the appropriate personnel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with computers and data entry
Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Prior experience in administrative, accounting, or clerical work preferred but not required
Competitive starting pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour
