Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the Manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Burgettstown, PA

Pay Range: $17.50 per hour

Shift: Monday through Thursday, 3:30 AM to 2:00 AM

What's the Job?

• Use of power and hand tools to mechanically assemble tracks and panels, including sectional, rolling steel, and fabric doors.
• Ensure products are assembled to the highest quality by following established procedures and approved processes.
• Work with safety as a top priority, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Fulfill production orders on time to meet delivery schedules.
• Utilize scanners and computers to communicate production status and update records accurately.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and work specifications.
• Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds or more.
• Experience with welding and fabrication machines such as grinders, drill presses, brakes, rolls, and shears is preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Kanban, and 5S methodologies is a plus.
