Are you a litigation pro who thrives in the courtroom, loves digging into complex legal issues, and wants to join a firm that genuinely values your initiative and independence?

We’re partnering with a well-established Sacramento litigation firm seeking a sharp, career-driven Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make an immediate impact handling a wide variety of cases, including employment law, public entity defense, personal injury, appellate matters, construction defect, and more. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team of experienced trial lawyers — but also given the autonomy to run your own files and build your reputation.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of civil litigation experience (open to all practice areas)
• Strong background in law and motion practice
• Comfortable taking and defending depositions
• Excellent legal research and writing skills
• California bar admission in good standing
• A self-starter who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to lead
