Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service Excellence : Engage with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner and ensure they have an unforgettable experience from the moment they sit down to the moment they leave.
• Craft Quality Drinks : Accurately prepare cocktails, beers, and other beverages while following recipes and service standards.
• Multi-Tasking : Handle multiple guest orders, maintain a clean and organized bar, and restock supplies—all while providing exceptional service.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with front-of-house staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy times.
• Up-sell and Recommend : Suggest drink pairings, menu items, and promotions, using your knowledge to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Bar Maintenance : Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum one year bartender experience is required.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for guest service.
• Strong ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
