BOOKKEEPER

Compensation: $20$26/hour

Location: Niles, IL

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite)

LaSalle Network has partnered with an innovative manufacturing company in Niles, IL to identify a Bookkeeper who enjoys owning processes and keeping financial operations running smoothly. This contract role is ideal for someone with manufacturing experience who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and can hit the ground running.

Whats the job?

• Handle AP and AR transactions daily
• Prepare invoices and accurately apply payments
• Enter financial data and complete transaction audits
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Support procurement tasks including vendor setup and PO entry
• Assist with payroll duties and financial documentation
• Collaborate with accounting staff on ad hoc projects

Whats needed?

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping, AP or AR experience
• Manufacturing background required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Skilled in billing, payment application and invoice processing
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with the ability to self-direct
