We are seeking an exceptional CFO / VP of Finance to join our team in Montoursville. This leader will serve as a strategic finance leader, driving financial performance, establishing scalable systems, and supporting growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹Serve as CFO / senior finance leader ACS.
🔹Build and lead financial infrastructure to support scalable growth (accounting, FP&A, reporting, treasury).
🔹Lead budgeting, forecasting, and operational KPI tracking across companies.
🔹Oversee compliance, audit, tax, and banking relationships.
🔹Implement best-in-class reporting and systems
Ideal Candidate Profile:
🔹10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience (CFO, VP Finance, Controller, or similar).
🔹Proven track record in private equity–backed, middle-market, or construction environments.
🔹Hands-on, execution-oriented, and able to operate in both strategic and tactical modes.
🔹Strong background in financial reporting, controls, and budgeting
🔹CPA and/or MBA preferred.
