Job Description

• 1+ year of experience operating manual CNC machines
• Operate CNC machinery by loading raw materials, setting up workpieces, tools, and accessories, and calibrating equipment based on manufacturer specifications
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and specification standards
• Maintain accurate records of operations, materials used, and machine maintenance
• Adhere to all safety regulations and operational protocols
• Collaborate with team members and communicate issues or concerns promptly

• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
• High attention to detail for precision and quality assurance
• Manual dexterity for hands-on machine operation
• Solid understanding of safety standards and procedures
