The Coatings Color Matcher sits within the Technical Group, which is comprised of Laboratory, Color, and Quality Control departments. This position is responsible for color matching, batch making, and fulfilling customer orders. Duties and Responsibilities: Work under minimal supervision Prioritize and adhere to all safety policies and regulations. Learn and utilize 5S principles. Color match various coatings (stains, glazes, solid colors in solvent and waterborne products). Apply coatings by spray application. Produce batches, test batches and prepare batches for shipment. Support Sales and Service individuals.
