Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and dependable Customer Service / Live Chat Agents to join our remote support team. As a Chat Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via live chat, email, and possibly phone. This is a remote position with flexible scheduling options (both part-time and full-time).Key Responsibilities:Provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat and/or emailAnswer questions regarding products, services, orders, returns, and technical supportTroubleshoot basic issues and escalate more complex problems as neededMaintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customersDocument customer interactions clearly and accuratelyMeet or exceed performance metrics including response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rateFollow company policies, procedures, and scripts where applicableQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)Previous customer service or call center experience is a plusStrong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, tone)Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, remote environmentTech-savvy; ability to quickly learn new tools and platformsReliable internet connection and access to a quiet work environmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionSchedule & Benefits:Flexible shifts available: day, night, weekendPart-time (1530 hrs/week) or Full-time (3040 hrs/week)Paid training providedOpportunity for growth and advancementWork from the comfort of your home
