Location: Elk Grove Village, IL (On-Site Preferred)**
Compensation: $42,000–$50,000 base + full benefits (PTO, holidays, health plan)
You’re the calm in the chaos — the one who keeps clients happy, paperwork right, and the team running. This is your chance to grow inside a modern, independent insurance brokerage with room to advance into account management.
You’ll:
Prepare COIs, policy changes, renewals, and billing updates.
Communicate with clients and carriers to resolve service requests.
Keep the agency’s operations smooth and organized.
Support producers and account managers as part of a tight-knit team.
You bring:
1–3 years of insurance or admin experience.
A P&C license (or willingness to get one — agency will support).
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
