Key Responsibilities: - Build lasting relationships with customers by offering ongoing support and follow-up.
- Guide customers through a needs-based review process to help them understand and select the best insurance options.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and tailor product recommendations to meet customer needs.

- Strong communication skills-both verbal and written-with an emphasis on active listening.
- A customer-centric approach with a friendly, people-oriented attitude.

- Bilingual in Spanish is required.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
