Data Engineer (Mid-Level)
Base salary in the range of $110,000 to $160,000 plus equity. Minimum Experience Required: 2+ years of professional experience in data engineering. Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time. Location: 100% Remote.

The Opportunity: We are seeking a Mid-Level Data Engineer to join our team and help us build and scale our data infrastructure. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our data pipelines, enabling us to make data-driven decisions and build intelligent products. What You'll Do:
Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable data pipelines.
Develop and optimize ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
Work with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
Implement data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence and analytics.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data validation and testing processes.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data engineering technologies and trends.
Contribute to the development of our data architecture and best practices.
What You Bring:
2+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
Experience with SQL and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
Experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Scala).
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
Solid understanding of data modeling and database design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
Experience with machine learning pipelines.
