Seeking a highly organized and experienced professional with a background in dental office management!

A well-established, multi-provider dental practice in the Woodstock area is seeking a full-time Dental Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment for both staff and patients.

This is a direct-hire opportunity offering a salary range of $60,000–$70,000 annually. The right candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting that values teamwork, patient-centered care, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front and back office teams, ensuring staff accountability, performance, and workflow efficiency

  • Optimize scheduling for multiple chairs and providers, including hygiene recare systems

  • Manage all aspects of insurance processing, from claim submission through EOB posting and resolution of claim rejections

  • Support financial operations including daily, monthly, and annual reporting with accurate patient account posting

  • Maintain inventory and assist with procurement of dental supplies

  • Use of dental assisting knowledge and familiarity with clinical procedures is a plus

  • Lead with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset to enhance the patient experience

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a dental office, with prior management experience strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to manage personnel and day-to-day operations in a dental setting

  • Certification in Dental Coding and Billing is highly desirable

  • Strong knowledge of dental software systems; experience with Eaglesoft is a plus

  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in handling insurance processes and financial reporting
