Who You Are:

• Someone with previous over the road experience.
\n
• Familiar with pre and post trip inspections and using online log systems A reliable, safety-first professional with a strong driving record
\n
• Comfortable with overnight routes
\n
• Excellent communicator with strong customer service focus
\n
• Problem-solver who follows directions and adapts to changing conditions
\n
• Detail-oriented and organized with a can-do attitude
\n
• Motivated and eager to provide a high level of customer service  
\n

What You Will Be Doing:

\n
• Current and active CDL Class B Driver’s license with a good driving record to transport goods to and from various locations
\n
• No license restrictions. Must be able to operate manual transmission.
\n
• Load and unload materials, sometimes manually, ensuring product is properly secured using blocks and tie-downs, ties rope around items to secure cargo during transit.
\n
• Maintain accurate delivery records and distribute receipts for loads picked up or delivered
\n
• Communicate with dispatch/supervisor via phone or radio for routing and delivery instructions
\n
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to include tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.
\n
• Maintain DOT-compliant truck logs (e-logs)
\n
• Collect payments for goods and delivery charges when required
\n
• Assist customers with unloading and ensure satisfaction at delivery points
\n
• Flexibility to stay overnight
\n
• Operate a Moffett truck (experience preferred)
\n

Skills You Bring:

\n
• Must have a valid CDL Class B License, must pass Driver's Testing, and must pass DOT Physical / Drug Testing.
\n
• Previous warehouse experience highly preferred
\n
• Proficient in reading and writing English
\n
• Capable of working in a physically demanding work environment which includes sitting, bending; stretching; pushing, pulling and lifting a MINIMUM of 75 LBS
\n
• Knowledge of basic math, ability to read and write the English language, and map reading skills'
\n
• Understand weight limits and load balancing
\n
