DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR DAY
As our DSP - Direct Support Professional, your main responsibility will be to support an individual transitioning to live independently in a community of his choosing. You'll assist him in developing life skills, navigating daily routines, and building confidence while providing a safe and supportive environment. Whether it's helping with setting boundaries, understanding social cues, or encouraging active participation in his community, you'll be his guide and advocate.
