About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic eCommerce Manager to take charge of our SaaS software eStore and drive its performance. This role will involve collaborating with DevOps, Sales Ops, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to streamline workflows, ensure pricing accuracy, and enhance customer experiences that align with revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape the eCommerce direction, roadmap, and execution.
• Work with DevOps to define and implement platform enhancements and integrations.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops and Sales to create pricing strategies and incorporate new sales processes, promotions, or initiatives.
• Utilize data and AI-driven tools to boost eCommerce revenue.
• Define requirements and optimize the customer journey, including key pages and checkout process.
• Partner with marketing on campaigns, paid ads, social, and email strategies.
• Lead enhancements in store functionality, personalization, and user experience improvements.
• Ensure eCommerce compliance with regulations including taxes, data privacy, and terms & conditions.
• Continuously analyze eCommerce metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align eCommerce capabilities with business objectives.
• Monitor competitive trends and suggest improvements in pricing, packaging, and digital sales strategies.
• Assist with customer inquiries related to eCommerce transactions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or product management.
• Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, SaaS or subscription-based pricing models, analytics, and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with DevOps and Sales Ops for platform and process enhancements.
• Capability to assess and implement AI solutions that optimize eCommerce operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience managing budgets, revenue forecasts, and vendor relationships.
• Proven leadership skills to guide a cross-functional team and engage with various stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a track record of data-driven decision making.
