Pay: $42.20/hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift (10:00pm–6:00am)
Retention Bonus: $3500 (based on performance and eligibility)
When the plant is quiet and the lines are moving, you’re the expert keeping production humming. One moment you’re diagnosing a 480V 3‑phase motor fault; the next, you’re rebuilding a positive displacement pump or tracing a control valve issue via schematics and an oscilloscope. You’ll pivot quickly between electrical and mechanical disciplines, responding to maintenance calls with urgency and finishing in‑progress repairs to get equipment back online.
Our manufacturing facilities are large and can be loud. Temperatures can vary with the seasons, and conditions may include humidity, slippery surfaces, and other industrial environmental factors. Work and hours can vary by assigned location.
You’ll start with Frito‑Lay and gain access to career pathways across our parent company, PepsiCo. We set industry standards for pay and benefits, including health, dental, and vision coverage; retirement savings with a 401(k) and company contribution; paid vacation; and more.
If that sounds like your wheelhouse, you’ll thrive here.
We’re seeking experienced maintenance professionals. If you’re earlier in your journey, consider one of our entry‑level roles. Prior to any in‑person interview, candidates complete a hands‑on electrical skills test.
Helpful background: electrical certification, maintenance experience in manufacturing, technical school training, and/or welding experience. Many hiring managers prefer at least two years of training/experience in mechanical/electrical repair in a manufacturing environment.
There will be high‑pressure moments during downtime. Our team takes pride in solving tough problems—and the rewards are worth it.
