This role requires a strategic thinker who can adapt brand voice for diverse audiences, write impactful subject lines and preheaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape cohesive email experiences that align with campaign objectives and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write clear, persuasive, and on-brand email copy for marketing, transactional, and lifecycle communications
• Develop subject lines and preheaders that increase open rates and user engagement
• Adapt tone and messaging to resonate with various audience segments
• Collaborate with designers, CRM managers, and strategists to deliver cohesive and effective email content
• Ensure copy aligns with campaign goals and brand standards while maintaining a balance between creativity and performance
• Apply storytelling techniques that capture attention and encourage user action
• Incorporate accessibility best practices into email content
• Leverage knowledge of email platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud) to optimize message format
