The Entry Level Communications Associate will play a crucial role in supporting our communications efforts by assisting in the development and execution of communication strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and distributing internal and external communications materials such as newsletters, press releases, and social media posts.
• Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns to promote organizational initiatives and events.
• Collaborate with team members to develop engaging content for the company website and social media platforms.
• Conduct research to gather information on industry trends and best practices related to communications and public relations.
• Help maintain and update communication databases, including media contacts and distribution lists.
• Assist in monitoring media coverage and compiling reports on communications effectiveness.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
