Join Our Team as an Entry Level Communications Associate at Think Tell Junction Think Tell Junction We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support our communications efforts by assisting in the development and implementation of strategies that engage our audience, drive brand awareness, and support our organizational goals. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and other communications materials.
• Manage and update social media platforms to enhance online engagement and community outreach.
• Support the planning and execution of internal and external events and activities.
• Conduct research to inform communication strategies and identify new opportunities for outreach.
• Collaborate with team members to develop content for newsletters, blogs, and other publications.
• Help maintain an organized database of media contacts and communication materials.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on communications activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required.
• Demonstrated interest in communications, media relations, or public relations.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
