Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Los Angeles, CA, for an Entry Level Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will execute and plan events, assist with sales initiatives, and support project management efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing materials, ensuring smooth event logistics, maintaining clear communication with team members, and helping align project goals with brand strategy.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills to collaborate effectively and convey ideas clearly
  • Sales skills to build client relationships and achieve targets
  • Event Planning and coordination abilities to manage logistics and ensure successful execution of events
  • Strong Project Management skills to plan, organize, and track progress across multiple tasks
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
  • Prior experience in similar roles or internships is an advantage
