Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Behavioral Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs, a strong commitment to client progress, and the ability to work effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities - Provide direct ABA therapy sessions under the supervision of a BCBA. - Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity. - Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress. - Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills. - Collaborate with caregivers and team members to ensure consistency across environments. - Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards. Qualifications - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Behavioral Technician (RBT certification strongly preferred). - Solid understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred. - CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
