General Production Associate

We're currently hiring a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to support our operations in Seattle. This position plays a key role in both the Masking and Racking departments, contributing to the smooth flow of production and ensuring quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area in accordance with company safety standards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with various tasks across departments to support production goals.
• Generate cutouts from Catia models for both new and legacy components.
• Conduct visual inspections to verify proper masking on completed parts.
• Transition completed items to the next stage of processing.
• Support masking operations, including verification of new parts using the quality dashboard.
• Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary blueprints and Catia files.
• Ensure all blueprints and revisions are current and properly stored.
• Apply masking materials (tape, plugs, caps, liquid maskants) based on detailed instructions and technical drawings.
• Inspect components for damage or defects prior to masking.
• Follow technique cards and purchase orders to meet masking specifications.
• Collaborate with inspectors and supervisors to resolve any quality concerns.
• Participate in additional production activities such as cleaning, prepping, and post-processing.
• Prioritize tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Determine appropriate racking methods based on part dimensions and quantity.
• Secure items to racks or hoists for processing and remove them post-process.
• Complete required documentation in alignment with company and process standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience in masking, racking, packaging, or general production work.
• Comfortable with basic math and problem-solving tasks.
• Capable of performing light assembly and general labor duties.
• Willingness to work across multiple departments, especially Masking and Racking.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written instructions and technical documentation.

The pay range for this position is $20.76 - $20.76/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Tukwila, Washington.
