What You’ll Do: Build, scale, and maintain high-performance Golang applications that power core business functions Drive modernization of a legacy lending platform – with scalability, extensibility, and testability in mind Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, and business) to shape technical solutions that meet real-world needs Translate ambiguous requirements into clear, executable plans Integrate third-party services and vendor LMS solutions into our tech ecosystem. What We’re Looking For: 5 years of industry experience with at least 1 year hands-on in Golang development Experience deploying applications in cloud environments Familiar with tools like Kubernetes (k8s), Redis, Aerospike , and MySQL (bonus points!) Prior experience in the lending domain , especially with platform development and vendor integrations would be terrific Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills – you bridge the gap between tech and business.
