Job Description
• Highly motivated individual with a passion for hospitality and a solid work ethic
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in fine dining Serving
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written
• Knowledge of drink recipes and brands
• Toast POS literate preferred
• Basic to Intermediary Knowledge In Italian Cuisine
• Strong knowledge in food service techniques
• Knowledge in Domestic and International Wines and Spirits
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to manage stress while working under pressure
• Propensity to work well with other team members
• Strong organizational skills
• No visible tattoos on hands, wrists or neck
• Availability for lunch, dinner, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
• Nevada Food Handler's & Alcohol Awareness Card required
• Must be able to submit verification of your legal right to work in the United States upon hire.
