About The Role

Were rebuilding Replika from scratch: new app, new brand, new everything. We want to grow super big or die trying, and we need someone as crazy as us to make that happen. This isnt a traditional marketing role. Were not looking for someone who runs campaigns from a dashboard or talks about brand pillars. We need someone who lives in the feeds, knows whats about to blow up before it does, and can turn a product launch into a cultural moment. Someone whos done the impossible before and wants to do it again. If youve made things go viral, if you understand why the internet loves what it loves, if youre ready to risk it all alongside a team thats betting everything on this we should talk.

Responsibilities

• Own our social presence and make it genuinely compelling not corporate, not cringe.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and tastemakers who align with our brand.
• Create viral moments around product launches, features, and company milestones.
• Drive organic buzz that gets people talking on X, TikTok, Reddit, Discord, and wherever our users hang out.
• Work closely with leadership to shape brand voice and positioning.
• Experiment constantlytest hooks, formats, and channels until something catches fire.

Requirements

• Youve made things go viralrepeatedly, not by accidentand you understand why.
• 13 years in growth, marketing, or a founder role at a consumer startup that punched above its weight.
• Deep fluency in internet culture and an instinct for what spreads.
• Handson and resourcefulyoull write posts, engage directly, and slide into DMs yourself.
• Excellent taste and communicationbold without being tonedead.

Nice to Have

• Youve been a founder or early employee at a breakout consumer company.
• Experience building hype around fundraising or major company announcements.
• Youve grown a personal following or community from scratch.
• Experience with AI products, gaming communities, or emotionally engaging consumer apps.
