Job Description

As a Housekeeper at Drury Hotels, you will play a major role in creating memorable moments for business travelers and families on vacation by maintaining clean and welcoming hotel rooms. Responsibilities include vacuuming, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, and ensuring rooms meet cleanliness standards. You will work as part of a friendly, customer-focused team, providing excellent service and helping guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information as needed. The role requires the ability to work independently, follow instructions, and maintain a positive attitude. Physical requirements include walking and standing for the entire shift, pushing, vacuuming, reaching, stretching, bending, and occasionally lifting 25-35 pounds. No previous cleaning experience is required, but knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies is important. The position may require working weekends, especially Saturdays and Sundays.
