Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6-9 years of experience in a human resources or administrative role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills: Experience with HRIS software or other HR management systems. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Certification in human resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP). Familiarity with recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
