Provides support to the Employee Relations Manager. Handles daily administration and Human Resources duties, assists hourly and salaried employees, staffing agencies and potential candidates with daily needs. This position is a night shift role from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM with some scheduled Saturday work required.
