**Job Title: Industrial Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced Industrial Electricians with leadership and foreman experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead small crews while remaining hands-on and eager to learn and assist wherever needed. This role offers an opportunity to grow into a management position in the future, and requires journeyman level experience in an industrial setting. **Responsibilities** + Lead and supervise small crews effectively. + Remain hands-on while executing electrical tasks. + Continue learning and adapt to various roles as required. + Install cable trays and wire up motor controls. + Work with rigid conduit and perform control work. + Read and interpret blueprints. + Assist with threading conduit. **Essential Skills** + Journeyman level experience in industrial electrical settings. + Proficiency in installing cable trays and motor controls. + Experience with rigid conduit and control work. + Ability to interpret and work from blueprints. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in heavy industrial environments. + Capability to thread conduit and perform precise installations. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that offers great benefits, including a 401K plan, profit sharing, year-end bonuses, seven paid holidays, sick leave, and great working hours. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
