Title: Infrastructure Project Coordinator - Remote
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months

Duties:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Infrastructure Technical Project Manager/Coordinator to support multiple Infrastructure initiatives such as Active Directory upgrades and consolidations, Microsoft Office Upgrades, Windows 11 Upgrades, Virtual Desktop deployments, etc.
• The coordinator will also work closely with application teams to ensure compatibility and readiness for upgraded platforms, hardware, and firmware.
• The Project Manager/Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and updating workbooks with historical and present status on Infrastructure components.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Performs a combination of duties in accordance with departmental guidelines:
• Data Analysis and reporting Will possess advanced expertise in extracting information from ServicNow CMDB and other infrastructure solutions and maintaining detailed / granular infrastructure component data in MS Excel, BI Reports.
• Track and manage upgrade schedules, dependencies, and milestones across multiple environments and platforms.
• Facilitate planning and execution of application upgrades required to support newer infrastructure versions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation including timelines, risk logs, change requests, and status reports.
• Organize and lead project meetings, capturing decisions, action items, and follow-ups.
• Monitor progress and escalate risks or blockers to project leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal audit standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements during upgrade activities.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

• Solid business process modeling and analysis skills.
• Proficiency to facilitate meetings of medium complexity.
• Solid knowledge of project management principles.
• Knowledge of change management principles and methods.
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry as well as understanding of the company's products, services, goals and objectives.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT environments including Active Directory and End User solutions such as Microsoft Office, Windows 11 and Virtual Desktop environments
• Understanding of infrastructure solutions and technologies, including MS Cloud.
• Experience with infrastructure migrations/upgrades such as:
  • Microsoft On-Premises Active Directory Functional Level Upgrades
  • Microsoft On-Premises Active Directory domain consolidations/migrations
  • Citrix VDI to Windows 365 Cloud PC Migrations
  • Microsoft Office Upgrades
  • Microsoft Windows 10 to Windows 11 Upgrades
• Expertise in IT service management (ISTSM) framework like ITIL
• Proficiency with CMDB tools and Service Now platform
• Capacity to work on multiple projects concurrently with little or no direction to drive project and program initiatives.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Dynamic, flexible, team-player with results-oriented attitude.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Advanced MS Excel, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).
• Ability to coordinate across global teams and time zones.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as MS Power BI

Education:

• 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure project management/coordination, preferably in infrastructure platform upgrades.

Hours Per Day: 8.00

Hours Per Week: 40.00
