Injection Molding Operator
The Injection Molding Helper plays a key role in supporting Operators and Technicians to keep molding equipment running efficiently and safely. This position involves handling materials, assisting with setups, performing simple part inspections, and helping maintain a clean and organized production area.

Responsibilities of the Injection Molding Operator

• Assist with day-to-day operation of injection molding machines, including loading raw materials and removing finished parts.
• Perform basic part finishing tasks such as trimming, inspecting, or assembling components.
• Monitor equipment during operation and promptly report alarms, malfunctions, or irregularities.
• Support mold changes and setups under the guidance of Operators or Technicians.
• Conduct visual inspections of parts and use basic measuring tools to confirm specifications.
• Move products to staging or packaging areas and maintain accurate part counts.
• Help recycle scrap plastic when required.

Requirements of the Injection Molding Operator

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience helpful; plastics experience a plus.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in environments with noise, moving machinery, and airborne particles.

1st shift, DIRECT HIRE

Pay is $20.00 - $30.00 an hour, based on experience
