We are looking for an individual with a passion for serving others to join our Dayton team.

Job Duties :

In this role, you will often be the first person one of our customers in need will talk to. The key functions of this position include:

• Receive all incoming project leads and enter information into database
• Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff
• Act as a liaison between homeowners, agents and adjusters regarding claims
• Schedule Estimator inspections
• Update and monitor program jobs
• Update on-call schedule as needed
• Run various reports as needed (Accounts Receivable, Production, Sales)
• Process and route office mail
• Attend weekly production meetings and ensure all portal notes are entered appropriately
• Assist with upload of job photos and documents as needed
• Perform various accounting functions, to include daily deposits, petty cash, logging checks to assist accounting team
• Assist structure department in scheduling meetings with customers

Requirements :

A high level of customer service, accuracy, and organization are required. In addition:

• High school diploma
• 2+ years in administrative role
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Teamwork orientation
• Flexibility
• Attention to detail
