What You'll Learn

• Project: System memory validation
• Skills You'll Learn:
  • Memory Protocol
  • Characterization and validation of memory subsystem RAS features
  • Troubleshooting technical systems problems
  • Detection of potential issues during early product stages.

What You'll Do

• Validate and characterize DDR5 memory modules on various server systems and execute data collection, and analysis.
• Evaluate and validate memory-related RAS features on next generation server CPUs
• Perform DRAM SI/PI and timing analysis measurements.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Location: Working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 5 days per week

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing BS in Electrical/Computer Engineering
• Familiar with Unix/Linux Operating System and scripting languages.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment including digital multi-meter, oscilloscope, power supply, logic analyzer.

Hourly Base Pay Rate
