Job Title: Landscape Architecture/Urban Design Intern Responsibilities: Support the project team in completing various project phases under supervision. Gain experience in master plan reports, construction documentation, and the construction process. Develop solutions to technical and design problems following established standards. Incorporate sustainable design solutions into projects. Assist in creating graphical representations of design concepts and models for review. Compile data, perform basic design computations, and conduct benchmarking research. Ensure documentation standards are met and assist in document management. Support team in construction administration tasks. Support the design and marketing processes, including interviews and proposals. Understand project budgets, schedules, and client constraints. Promote collaboration, innovation, and client service. Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or architecture with 0-3 years of experience; or equivalent education and experience. A master's degree may be preferred. LEED credential required within 12 months of employment. Additional Information: Travel and overtime may be required. The role may be modified at the company's discretion.
