Job Description

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for providing clean linens and garments to guests and hotel departments by performing laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and storing linens and uniforms. This role ensures high standards of hygiene and presentation in line with the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and transport dirty linens, towels, uniforms, and other laundry items to the laundry facility.
• Operate commercial washing machines, dryers, and ironing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Inspect items for stains or damage and treat them appropriately before washing.
• Fold, hang, or package clean laundry for storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas at all times.
• Ensure proper inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify supervisor when stock is low.
• Label and store clean linens and uniforms in designated areas.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures as outlined by hotel policies.
• Support housekeeping and other departments as needed.

Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour
