Lead Professional Home Organizer and Move Manager Organized Havens is a trusted home organizing and move management company serving Central New Jersey. We’re seeking an experienced Lead Professional Home Organizer & Move Manager to join our team on an as‑needed, independent contractor basis. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, calm under pressure, and skilled at leading organizing and move management projects from start to finish. You’ll guide both clients and team members through all stages — decluttering, packing, vendor coordination, and setting up organized, functional spaces. Responsibilities Lead home organizing and move management projects from start to finish Supervise and delegate tasks to assistant organizers Coordinate with vendors for moving, junk removal, and donation pickups Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally with clients — especially during stressful transitions Develop customized organizing systems tailored to each client’s needs Perform hands‑on work including packing, lifting bins/boxes, unpacking, and organizing systems Ensure each project meets Organized Havens’ high standards for excellence and client satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience as a Lead Organizer, Move Manager, or Project Manager in professional organizing or related fields Exceptional problem‑solving and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and ability to delegate effectively Professional, polished communication and client service skills Physically capable of performing organizing and move‑related work Reliable transportation within Monmouth, Middlesex, Ocean, Mercer, and Somerset counties Flexible availability for client‑driven project schedules Compensation Competitive pay based on experience.
