Foster Graham Milstein & Calisher, LLP (FGMC) is seeking an associate attorney with four or more
years of experience to join our civil litigation practice group. This opportunity is for candidates
licensed to practice in Colorado with a proven track record of advocating for clients. Real estate
and/or construction litigation experience is preferred, but not essential. The successful candidate
will be involved in all aspects of case preparation, planning, management, and trial.

The starting salary for this position is $130,000 annually. However, the actual salary could exceed
this range, based on your skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors. As an associate
attorney, you also have the opportunity to earn a client origination and productivity bonus.
