Compensation: $15 per hour (Paid Internship)

We’re looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Intern to join our team part-time and assist with both client projects and internal marketing for the Spring 2026 semester .

Position Overview

Are you passionate about social media, digital marketing, and analytics? Do you want to see how marketing really works inside an agency setting? This internship offers a chance to gain practical experience while developing your skills in strategy, content creation, and data-driven decision-making.

You’ll work closely with our team to support marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and create content that connects with diverse audiences. This role is flexible with your class schedule and offers mentorship, guidance, and hands-on opportunities to build your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Weekly Meetings: Meet with a staff member weekly to review progress, set goals, and receive guidance.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in developing and implementing social media and digital marketing strategies for client and internal campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Draft social posts, website copy, and marketing materials tailored to different industries and audiences.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and native platform insights to evaluate performance and inform decisions.
  • Professional Communication: Maintain timely, professional communication with staff and occasionally with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Previous coursework or experience in marketing, communications, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
