The Role and Team

As part of our Global Demand Generation team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic ABM programs to drive revenue growth within target enterprise accounts. This highly crossfunctional role will collaborate closely with field marketing, content, marketing operations, product marketing, sales, and revenue operations to deliver fullfunnel impact.

As the Senior ABM Manager, you will design and execute multichannel campaigns, focusing on expanding highvalue customer accounts, growing their footprint, and increasing revenue. You will also leverage datadriven insights to measure and optimize campaign performance and will be expected to present regularly to senior marketing leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute Medallia's ABM strategy for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many programs across priority accounts, aligning with Sales and Demand Gen leadership on ICP, account prioritization, and coverage strategy.
  • Design and execute integrated, multichannel campaigns (email, paid media, direct mail, webinars, events, and web personalization) with tailored content experiences by buyer role and vertical.
  • Understand and develop ABM strategies to surround Enterprise buying committees, addressing pain points, demographics, engagement patterns, and driving buying groups to sales conversations.
  • Partner with content marketing to identify and produce campaign content that guides personas through their buyers' journeys.
  • Brief and manage internal and external execution teams (creative, digital advertising, SEO, social media, online and offline events) to build and execute programs.
  • Manage program budgets and optimize return on ad spend/return on investment.
  • Analyze data to monitor program success, optimize activities based on findings, review results with senior leadership, and provide forecasts and plans for future periods.
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Design, Web, Creative, and Brand teams to develop campaign assets.
  • Act as the daytoday ABM partner to Sales leaders, SDRs, and BDRs, ensuring campaign alignment and progress.
  • Report weekly on insights, blockers, and next steps to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 7+ years in B2B marketing, including at least 3 years in ABMspecific roles.
  • Demonstrated experience driving impact on pipeline growth and deal velocity via ABM initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience with ABM and sales orchestration platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, 6sense, Demandbase, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, Qualified).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise, SaaS, or MarTech marketing.
  • Knowledge of enterprise buying committees and complex deal cycles.
  • Experience with analytics tools: Adobe Analytics, GA, digital experience analytics
  • Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills to drive consensus and articulate program recommendations to senior executives.
  • Deep knowledge of omnichannel digital marketing and working with channels such as Paid Advertising, Email, Web, and Social Media.
  • A balance of creative thinking, strong project management, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead crossfunctional project teams across geographies.

Medallia is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $126,000 - $192,000. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. It is uncommon for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a variety of factors. Medallia considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
