We are seeking a Mechanical Service Technician Trainees to join our team! We work a large variety of equipment used in restaurants and cafeterias. This equipment is increasing becoming hi-tech with new technologies being used.

Responsibilities:

• Repair and install all types of refrigeration equipment, air conditioning, and commercial cooking equipment in restaurants. Examples: Ice machines, all types of refrigerators and freezers, grills, fryers, ovens, toaster, hot ad cold beverage machines and more. 
• Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance 
• Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion 
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​ Qualifications:

• We train people without previous experience in our industry but automotive work experience, electrical work, or hands experience in warehouses or factories in a plus. 
• Strong desire to improve mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills is needed.
• Familiarity with tools and any mechanical or electrical equipment is a plus
• Ability to handle physical workload and work in various conditions. Previous experience working in restaurant environment is a plus
