This is a hands‑on, athletic position for someone who thrives on helping others transform their spaces and lives. You’d be a great fit if you: Have product knowledge and a passion for functional, beautiful organization Can confidently guide clients through decluttering, decision‑making, and space planning Have empathy, patience, and a non‑judgmental approach with clients Are a strong communicator and comfortable leading projects or working with a team Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for long periods (this role is physical!) Have a good sense of space and love a well‑labeled bin! Requirements: Based in Chicago or western suburbs Must have reliable transportation Available for part-time work, with flexibility to grow into a full-time role Willing to complete a paid trial period before hire Pay is based on experience.
