We currently have a management position open for our 15-acre nursery. This is a full-time, year-round career position. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team. Our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, superb time management, and multitasking skills. They should be highly organized, and team oriented.
The Manager will be responsible for day-to-day management including transplanting, irrigation management, fertilization program, weed control, pest management, quality control, safety, coordination of field personnel duties, inventory management, assessing overall plant wellness, and purchasing.
Experience is helpful, but we will train the right person with a good attitude. We have a friendly and knowledgeable team thats dedicated to our staff and our clients. We are looking forward to finding the right person for this rewarding position.
