Role Description

As the Office Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our office are efficient and organized. From managing administrative tasks to supporting team members, you’ll be the go-to person for keeping things on track. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. 
  • Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital). 
  • Assist in preparation for meetings, appointments, and office events. 
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and expense tracking. 
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and well-stocked. 
  • Receive and deliver packages to client sites
  • Assist with social media posting
  • Provide administrative support to team members as needed. 

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance skills
  • Proficiency with Office Equipment
  • Strong Phone Etiquette
  • Customer Service experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with scheduling and calendar management is a plus
  • Familiarity with office software and technology

Pay Rate

$15 - 20 per hour based on experience
