You'll work alongside other dedicated individuals in a fast-paced warehouse environment that inspires you to grow your skills and advance your career. Starting rate $18.00/hr. 75 shift differential for 2nd shift. 1st shift = 6am-2:30pm. 2nd shift = 3:30pm-12am. As an Order Selector, you will:

1. Pick store orders which will include: item locations, descriptions, and quantity needed.
2. Select the needed pieces of merchandise and place them into a tote or box.
3. Move totes or boxes of merchandise (up to 30-50 pounds regularly) utilizing safe lifting techniques.
4. Maintain a high level of accuracy for merchandise selected.
5. Work efficiently and effectively on pick lines with 10 or more other employees.
6. Maintain cleanliness of work zones at the end of each shift.
7. Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
8. Cross train in other warehouse duties, as necessary.
9. Comply with all policies and procedures of the CVS Health warehouse.

Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to lift 30 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally as a team lift.
• Able to work overtime.
• Previous warehouse experience - willing to train if no warehouse experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is: $16.00 - $23.56. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
