What You'll Do:

• Provide professional pest control services to residential customers (ants, spiders, rodents, wasps, etc.)
• Inspect properties and design effective treatment plans
• Use our mobile system for route logging and customer communication
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and materials
• Educate homeowners on prevention techniques and long-term solutions
• Identify opportunities in the field to cloverleaf additional services and routes, increasing earning potential and growth

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
• Ability to work independently and outdoors in all seasons
• Valid driver's license + clean driving record
• Pest control experience a plus, but we train from scratch
