About The Role

Who we’re looking for

You might call yourself a 0-1 engineer, a feature engineer, or just a builder at heart. You're not just an engineer, you're a future founder in the making . You love designing things that people can interact with, taking a project from scratch to making the decisions that turn it into a reality, and most importantly, just enjoy creating cool stuff.

Your Mission: Driving Product Innovation at Warp Speed

You’ll primarily work in our React/Next.js frontend and Node.js backend to build features that customers love. You’ll think about both the performance and scalability of our product’s end-user experience but also spend time on making the UI/UX polished for the eye.

You will be forced to move fast and show your work as much as possible in a fast feedback loop. Afterall, you are creating the momentum and the culture of shipping in the engineering org.

You will work with AI and incorporate it into the product that is anything but a simple chatbot powered by GPT. We’ve already trained our own machine learning models to score leads and analyze campaigns at scale.

Requirements

• San Francisco, in person every day
• Obsessive about details
• An eye for good user experience
• Great frontend skills (React, Next.js)
• Good enough backend knowledge (Node.js, Express)
• Move fast and reach milestones under uncertainty
• Ready to work really hard on really hard problems
