Job Description
L & L Printing is looking for a copy and digital production assistant to join our team in Puyallup, WA. In this full-time, in-person role, you'll play a key part in producing quality print products and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you'll help prepare and finish printed materials and support customers throughout the process. Your responsibilities will include:
* Performing finishing tasks: cutting, binding, folding, laminating, etc.
* Assisting with packaging and organizing completed jobs for delivery or pickup
* Checking printed products for quality and accuracy
* Helping customers with order pickups or basic questions
* Supporting other team members to meet project deadlines
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a print shop or and print production machinery
* Comfortable using finishing equipment (cutters, binders, folders, laminators)
* Friendly and helpful attitude with strong attention to detail
* Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40lbs
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player
Bonus but not required
* Experience working in a bindery or print finishing environment
* Familiarity Large format and construction plan printing & binding
* Familiarity with packaging or shipping procedures
* Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or similar invoicing software
