💲 $65,000–$75,000 + Full Benefits

A growing manufacturer in the Springdale, PA area is looking for a 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead operations, guide a strong team, and drive results on the production floor. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll have the chance to make an impact while building your career in manufacturing management.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and coordinate all 2nd shift production activities
• Lead, train, and develop employees to achieve safety, quality, and performance goals
• Monitor workflows, schedules, and output to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery
• Partner with plant leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve challenges
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives that promote growth and teamwork
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• Prior supervisory or team lead experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of production processes, quality systems, and safety practices
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Willingness to work a 2nd shift schedule
