Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a long-term contract position is based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, and offers an exciting opportunity to oversee projects from inception through completion.

Responsibilities:
• Lead website enhancement projects, ensuring all milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
• Manage projects in alignment with organizational standards and methodologies, from intake to closure.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Identify and assess risks, driving timely decisions to mitigate potential issues.
• Apply Waterfall methodology to project planning and execution.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with business goals.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Utilize expertise in IT project management to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of updates and improvements.
• Maintain adherence to organizational protocols and certifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT or website-focused projects.
• PMP Certification is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Waterfall methodology and project execution.
• Proven ability to manage website optimization and update initiatives.
• Strong communication skills to hold team members accountable and foster collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to assess risks and drive decisions effectively.
• Familiarity with organizational standards and certifications.
